  7. The purpose of the CMAS Plus Automated Invoicing Module is to allow the user to
  8. prepare and select invoice formats which can be tailored to meet a specific
  9. client's requirements. Utilizing the Automated Invoicing Module will allow
  10. faster and easier billing and invoice preparation. Numerous billing types are
  11. available including Time and Materials, Hourly, Fixed Fee, Percent Complete,
  12. Cost Plus to a Maximum, and more. These billing types can be applied to a
  13. particular job or to each phase of a job. Invoice formats can be created,
  14. saved, recalled, and selectively applied to any job. Billing worksheets are
  15. available to review billing accuracy. Optional ``not-to-exceed'' amounts can be
  16. established for each job's contract and/or professional fee limit for the
  17. contractor's work on government contracts.
